### Step-by-step process

1. **Trigger**: CC Evie on an email thread (evie@yourcompany.com), or let Evie auto-trigger when a candidate hits a stage in your ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby). No forms, no templates — Evie reads natural language.
2. **Outreach**: Evie emails the candidate and every interviewer within minutes. Proposes times based on real calendar availability. Handles all parties in parallel. Emails come from evie@yourcompany.com with the recruiter always in the loop.
3. **Negotiation**: Evie handles every reply — rescheduling requests, non-responsive parties, changed availability. It follows up persistently until the interview is confirmed. Zero recruiter touches required.
4. **Confirmation**: Once agreed, Evie creates a meeting link (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet), sends calendar invites to all parties, books a meeting room if needed, and updates the ATS automatically.
5. **Follow-up**: Day-before reminders to all parties. Handles last-minute reschedules. After the interview, sends structured feedback/scorecard requests to interviewers and chases until submitted.
